Albert Bandura je kanadský psycholog ukrajinsko-polského původu. Patří k nejvýznamnějším představitelům behaviorismu i kognitivní psychologie. Je čtvrtým nejcitovanějším psychologem všech dob . K roku 2007 byl čtvrtým necitovanějším autorem v humanitních a sociálních vědách. Nejvíce proslul svou teorií učení a teorií „self-efficacy“.
