Markéta Navarrská, francouzsky Marguerite de Navarre, nazývaná též Marguerite d'Angoulême,Marguerite d'Alençon, Marguerite de Valois nebo Marguerite de France byla navarrská královna a spisovatelka. Vévodkyně z Angoulême a z Alençonu. Manželka Jindřicha II. Navarrského, dcera vévody Karla Angoulêmského a jeho manželky Luisy Savojské. Byla také sestrou francouzského krále Františka I.. Sympatizovala s církevní reformací. Patří mezi výjimečné a vzácné zjevy ženských autorek v renesanční literatuře. Spolu s Marie de France a Christine de Pisan tvoří významnou a ojedinělou trojici osobností žen ve francouzské literatuře v celém středověku a rané renesanci. Měla též přezdívky Desátá múza či Perla perel Wikipedia
