Stanislav Grof je americký psychiatr českého původu, jeden ze zakladatelů transpersonální psychologie.

Kromě teoretického nástinu tohoto hnutí zkoumal také využití změněných stavů vědomí při léčení. Je objevitelem holotropního dýchání, napsal několik knih na téma psychospirituální krize. Jeho práce mu přinesla několik ocenění, např. cenu VIZE 97 manželů Dagmar a Václava Havlových. Na druhou stranu ho jeho kritikové obviňují z podporování nevědecké psychologie a je nositelem dvou Bludných balvanů. Wikipedia
